I run Cleer, a software consultancy based in Sydney.

I started building Shipwright because I kept running into the same problem: AI tools generate code that looks right but isn't production-ready. Tests pass but don't test anything real. Files exist but aren't wired together. Config compiles but fails on deploy.

The gap between “AI wrote this” and “this is deployable” is wider than most people think. I spent months measuring it across dozens of generated services and building the machinery to close it.

Shipwright is the result. You describe what you need, it builds the service, verifies it works, and fixes what breaks. The output is production-ready code, not a starting point you have to finish yourself.

It's in beta. I'm building in the open and looking for early users who care about production quality as much as generation speed.
